This traditional mead is made with Albizia and Rose Apple Blossom Honey from Hawaii. A pure mead aged in a bourbon whiskey barrel. With just a kiss of honey-sweetness and slight notes of rose and apple on the palate, the whiskey-honey nose seems intimidating but actually finishes smooth and perfectly off-dry.
