Muscadine grapes are normally grown in the south where it's normally hot and humid. We managed to snag some grown locally, using rain water only. We combined these beautiful, fragrant grapes with Java Plum Blossom honey to make this GRAPE MEAD that’s musky and floral. This limited seasonal grape mead finishes semisweet and is best served slightly chilled or room temperature.
