This is a collaboration mead with Lotus Coffee and Tea, who generously provided us with the Nicaraguan dark roast coffee for this bochet coffeemel mead. Combined with caramelized buckwheat honey, then aged on Maple Bourbon Oak and pecan extract, this libation is bold with notes of toffee, caramel, chocolate and a hint of sweetness from the honey and pecan flavor.
